* A secret spot location revealed on the night! *

This is a DIY event. We aim to take care of ourselves and one another and look out for everyone’s safety. Violent oppressive behaviour is not welcome. Consent is :)

Sadly, the location is not wheelchair accessible. There will be drinks & drinking water(still, bring some:) but no running water. Gender neutral and fairly broken toilets.

Entry:
Unwaged 10$
Waged 15$
Solidarity 25$
Refugees, Asylum seekers and First Nations mob - Free Entry

Sail 4 Justice is a form of political action and a protest against inhumane border regime policies, colonisation and occupation of Australia and West Papua and environmental destruction in Australia and the Pacific.
A growing number of boats will set sail in May as part of a freedom flotilla and our destination is Manus Island.

For too long Australia has left thousands of refugees to languish in offshore detention centres.
We sail in solidarity, we sail to demand justice for all asylum seekers, we sail to show to the world what Australia is doing. On the journey we will highlight issues faced by Original Nations in the areas that we will visit, including Indonesian occupation of West Papua and the ongoing genocide of the West Papuan peoples.

Australia's border policing and refugee policies are premised on the notion of Australia's jurisdiction over this land. However, this country was occupied illegally, under the legal fiction of terra nullius – empty land.
To this day, Australia has no treaty with the sovereigns of this land. As uncle Robbie Thorpe says: “Indigenous people never ceded sovereignty over Australia. The Australian government has no legitimate right to grant or refuse entry to this country.”

We need all the help and support to make this epic mission happen. All profits from this fundraiser party are going to Sail 4 Justice.
