How is your workflow like? What do you start out with when making a new track?

Depends on the kind of music.
For breakcore stuff, ill start with making a synth and some melodys and than add more and more stuff.
For noisy stuff i create a patch on my modular synth and add some fx to mu daw en then just hit record and improvise

I usually start with the drumkit / drumriff when making breakcore.
But it's an experimental genre, you should start wherever the idea is.

The biggest problem I have tbh is listening to the whole thing back a few days after production on a different stereo / different headphones. And then something just sounds... off. Common problem I know. I'm still not sure how to resolve it.
